Most partner programs die in 90 days. Here's the system that doesn't.

Hey Tyler -

Most partner programs die within 90 days.

Not because partnerships do not work. Because there was never a system. Someone got excited, signed up a few partners, sent out some links, and then nothing. No process, no follow-through, no engine. The excitement faded and the program quietly died.

I got tired of watching that happen. So we built the opposite. A system.

It is called P90, and it is 8 levels. Each one builds on the last, and together they take you from "I should really do partnerships" to a running program in 90 days.

Here is the whole thing.

1. Audit. Look at what you already have. Existing relationships, customers who love you, warm connections you are sitting on. Most people are richer here than they think.

2. Design. Decide what a partner actually gives and gets. The offer, the terms, the reason a great partner says yes to you.

3. Foundation. Put the plumbing in place. Tracking, agreements, the boring stuff that makes the program real instead of a handshake you forget.

4. Recruit. Go get your dream partners. This is where we build the list and start the outreach that actually lands.

5. Activate. Turn a signed partner into a producing one. Most programs collect logos. This level gets partners actually sending you business.

6. Collaborate. Work with partners on real campaigns, launches, and introductions. The compounding starts here.

7. Nurture. Keep the relationships warm and the trust growing, so partners choose you again and again.

8. Analyze. Measure what is working, double down on it, and cut what is not.

That is the path. Eight levels, in order, no guessing.

And here is how we run it: in 90-day sprints. Ninety days is long enough to install something real and short enough that you cannot drift. Each sprint moves you through the levels and toward the outcome I keep coming back to: 100 dream partners, six to seven figures of partner revenue, inside 12 months.

You do not need to have this all figured out. That is the entire point of a system. You just start at level one and keep moving.

Tomorrow I want to tell you about the single biggest reason programs succeed or stall, and it is not the strategy. It is something else entirely.

ps. reply and tell me which of the 8 levels you feel weakest on. that one line tells me exactly where you are, and it is usually the most useful thing you can know about your own program right now.
